Organizational Psychology Degrees Offered at Alliant International University

The California School of Professional Psychology at Aliant International University offers a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior, Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology, Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Psychology, and a Master of Psychology in Organizational Development.

The Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior is a scholar/practitioner-style program that focuses on management and organizational behavior, dialogue, and shared learning. The curriculum concentrates on leadership, management practices, theory and systems, ethics, corporate social responsibility, team development, conflict management, and interventions for promoting organizational modification. A total of 34 units are needed to complete the program. The core courses include Organizational Engagement, Sustainability and Organizational Systems, Globalization and International Organization Development, Managing Transitions: Individual and Organizational, Organization Theory and Systems, Organizational Ethics and Social Responsibility, Cultural Diversity in Organizations, Organizational Change and Development, and Organizational Engagement. Students must also complete field placements and a dissertation component.

Federal Work Study

The Federal Work-Study is a federally funded program that allows students who show financial need to work on a part-time basis to make money to assist with paying for the costs of higher education. Both on and off campus jobs are available and the program encourages students to pursue positions related to their future careers. Students can work up to 20 hours a week while classes are in session. The pay varies by specific situation but is at least the current federal minimum wage. Students are paid biweekly.
